Delivery Policy

 

Shipping costs are shown when registering an order in the shop, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

 

Region of destination;

Weight and/or value of the order;

The chosen shipping method;

Choice of VAS (Value Added Services).

 

Store Delivery

 

If you choose the shipping method "Pickup in store", no shipping costs will be charged. The address of our shop is in our "Contacts".

 

Shipping costs

 

There is no minimum purchase amount. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, with exceptions such as packaging errors and defects in the item.

 

The shipping costs on orders over 60 euros are free (valid for mainland Portugal and islands).

 

Our orders are shipped via Batch carrier.

Delivery time

 

Portugal mainland - 1 day

Portugal islands - 1-2 days

Spain (except islands) - 2-3 days

Rest of Europe - 7 days

 

The prices presented include VAT at the legal rate in force (23%). The cost of the packing and its expedition is included in the value of the shipping cost.

 

We ship worldwide. However, we remind you that Love by K is not responsible for eventual customs taxes in the destination countries.

 

How the order is processed

 

The expedition of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the customer in the order registration and only after payment validation.

 

The order can be shipped by Batch carriers or, if you prefer, CTT.

 

When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

 

The expected delivery time may vary according to the contracted shipping service or according to the delivery time indicated in the description of the shipping method.

In special seasons (sales, Christmas, etc.) we do not guarantee shipments within the stipulated deadlines due to the higher frequency of stock ruptures and the need for replacement.

 

Risk

 

The delivery is ensured by a third-party service provider (Batch, CTT, etc.). Love by K declines all responsibility in case of delay in delivery of the order, as well as in case of loss of ordered products or postal service strike.

 

Reception of order

 

Upon reception, the customer becomes responsible for the order, even if it is received by someone else at the address indicated. Deliveries are considered to have taken place when there is a signature on the delivery receipt at the address given. No dispute regarding the delivery is possible if it appears to have been delivered, with the carrier's computer system or proof of receipt.

 

The customer must ensure the minimum delivery conditions. We are not responsible if the delivery is not made due to incorrect filling in of the data for sending the order.

 

Two delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is not possible at the address defined by the customer, the codes will be left at the customer's address for collection at a nearby pick-up point.

 

If the two delivery attempts fail, and the order is returned to us, the new shipment will only be made after a new postage payment.

If you wish your order to be sent again, you should contact us at info@lovebyk.com to schedule a new shipment or the return of the respective order amount, except for the initial shipping costs. If you choose a reshipment, this will be subject to a new payment of shipping costs.
